Consuela Nelson: Founder & CEO

Consuela founded ChildCareCity in 2007. Prior to founding ChildCareCity, Consuela’s background includes over 20 years of leadership, coaching and development experience. It was within the 18 years prior to her corporate experiences that the foundation for ChildCareCity originated. Consuela has over six years of experience as a Director of her own daycare facility, building her own facility from the ground up. Consuela’s educational background includes Iowa Western Community College and the Institute of Computer Science. Consuela is an active volunteer within her local community. Consuela is married and has three daughters.

Mary Remson: Co-Founder & COO

Mary Remson co-founded ChildCareCity in 2007, with her business partner Consuela Nelson. Prior to co-founding ChildCareCity. Mary’s background includes over 15 years in a Human Resources management and Health Insurance Benefits. Mary is well versed in the Human Resources industry and fine tuned her skills in employee and employer relations. Mary holds a degree in Business Administration and certifications in Leadership Training. Mary is also an active volunteer within her local community. Mary has a daughter and lives in Central Florida.

Larry Hunt: President

Larry joined the team of ChildCareCity in 2008. Prior to joining ChildCareCity Larry has spent the majority of his career as a Training Consultant for large corporations and management teams. Larry has over 11 years of successful experience developing comprehensive sales, marketing and operational plans. Larry has designed and facilitated executive management presentations. Larry holds a Bachelors degree from Mercer University. Larry has two young daughters and plays an active role with their sports and education.
